COURSE OUTLINE
The qualifying learner is capable of :
- Identify the standards for customer service.
- Present a positive image to customer.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a positive manner.
CERTIFICATE
- No Portfolio of Evidence to be submitted.
- Learners will have case studies to complete during the course and receive a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE ONLY.
