The qualifying learner is capable of :
- Identify customer needs and expectations.
- Recognise customer dissatisfaction and take action to resolve the situation.
- Identify and use opportunities to enhance the quality of customer service.
- Communicate with all customers.

- No Portfolio of Evidence to be submitted.
- Learners will have case studies to complete during the course and receive a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE ONLY.
